Terms
These terms govern your use of Super Pizza, a service published by WLP COMPANY. Creating an account means accepting them.
1. What the service is
Super Pizza lets a restaurateur publish and maintain their venue's website: menu, opening hours, directions, reviews, and — on the Premium plan — online ordering and sending your offers to your customers by email or SMS.
2. Plans and prices
| Free | Premium | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | £0 | £19 per month, or £190 per year (2 months free), including VAT |
| Site address | your-name.super-pizza.app | Your own domain name |
| Online ordering | No | Yes |
| Signup form and customer list | Yes | Yes |
| Offers sent to your customers (email, SMS) | No | Yes |
| Commission per order | None | None |
| Minimum term | None | None — end of any month, or of any year on yearly |
The free plan is not a trial and has no end date. Premium is charged in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the plan, and renews until cancelled. Any price change is notified at least thirty days beforehand and applies only from the next renewal.
The yearly plan is paid in advance for twelve months in one payment and renews every year. Cancelling it takes effect at the end of the year paid for, with no pro-rata refund. Moving from monthly to yearly is immediate: what is left of the current month is deducted from the first yearly payment. Moving from yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of the year paid for.
Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, it is retried for about two weeks, during which Premium features stay on. If it still fails, the subscription ends: online ordering is switched off and your site stops being served on your own domain, but it stays online at its free address with all your content.
3. Your content
The text, photographs, prices and information you publish stay yours. You grant us only the right to host, display and reproduce them as far as running the service requires.
You are responsible for their accuracy and lawfulness — in particular the information a food business must give, including allergen information.
4. Domain name
A domain name taken out on the Premium plan is registered in your name. It stays yours if you leave: we will give you the transfer code on request, free of charge and without notice conditions.
5. Availability
We take reasonable steps to keep the service available at all times, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance that may interrupt the service is announced in advance.
6. Ending the contract
You can close your account at any time from your dashboard or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; amounts already paid for that period are not refunded pro rata.
We may suspend an account for non-payment after a reminder, or for manifestly unlawful content, having told the publisher first except in an emergency. Your data stays exportable for thirty days after closure.
7. Liability
WLP COMPANY provides a publishing tool. What happens between a venue and its diners — the order, the payment, the cooking, the delivery, any dispute — is the venue's responsibility alone. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Your customer list and sending offers
On either plan, you can collect sign-ups on your site from customers who want your offers, and add, import and manage your customer list. On Premium, you can also email your offers to customers who agreed to receive them. You are in charge of this customer list; WLP COMPANY acts as your processor (under article 28 of the GDPR), and this section serves as the data processing agreement.
When you add or import a customer, you declare that they agreed to receive your offers by email, and you must be able to prove it. Never import a list that was bought, rented or collected for another purpose. Your emails go out under your restaurant’s name from a Super Pizza address, with your restaurant’s address and an unsubscribe link; replies reach your restaurant’s contact address.
As your processor, WLP COMPANY undertakes to:
- process this data only to keep your list and send your emails, on your instructions alone;
- keep it confidential and secure, and give access only to authorised staff;
- use only sub-processors offering the same guarantees — its hosting provider, and Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) to deliver emails — and tell you about any change;
- help you answer requests from the people concerned, and notify you of any personal data breach without undue delay;
- make available the information needed to show that these obligations are met;
- erase this data when your account is closed.
To protect deliverability for every restaurant, sending is limited to 5,000 emails a month and one campaign a day. We may suspend campaigns for a restaurant whose messages cause an abnormal rate of complaints or invalid addresses, after telling it unless the matter is urgent.
9. Levels and rewards programme
Super Pizza offers a free levels programme, run separately for each venue: points come from badges that WLP COMPANY works out from the venue’s activity, and each level can unlock a reward.
- Rewards have no cash value: they cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred.
- Free months of Premium are applied as a discount on the venue’s next invoices. They are never refunded, and are lost if the venue never subscribes to Premium again.
- Physical rewards and services (QR-code table stands, flyers, training, a custom site, caps, an embroidered apron, roadmap access) are subject to availability, and delivered in metropolitan France or as agreed by email. WLP COMPANY may contact the venue’s owner to arrange them.
- WLP COMPANY may change the programme, its thresholds and its rewards, and may withdraw a reward obtained through fraud, abuse or fake accounts, for example through referrals that are refunded or not genuine.
- Reviews are never rewarded, on Trustpilot or anywhere else: leaving one earns no points and no reward.
- In advanced statistics, the comparison with venues in your town shows only aggregated, anonymised figures, never another venue’s data.
10. Personal data
See the privacy policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Nothing in them removes the protection a consumer has under the mandatory law of their own country of residence.
