Build your pizzeria website in Inglewood
An Inglewood pizzeria needs its own site because the city now lives on two calendars: event days, when tens of thousands of fans pour in for a game or a concert, and every other day, when the neighbors order dinner. A page you control takes pre-orders for the first, keeps the second ordering directly and keeps the commission off both.
A small city with the biggest stage
Inglewood is only about nine square miles, tucked just east of LAX under the flight path, and for decades it was best known for the Forum and Randy’s Donuts. Then the old Hollywood Park racetrack became SoFi Stadium, home of the Rams and the Chargers, host of Super Bowls, World Cup matches and the opening ceremony of the 2028 Olympics. The Clippers moved into the Intuit Dome in 2024. The Kia Forum still books the big concerts. Few cities this size have that much going on.
Away from the venues, Inglewood is a city of neighborhoods: Morningside Park in the east, Fairview Heights and North Inglewood along the K Line, Century Heights and Lockhaven, and the old downtown along Market Street. About half the residents are Latino and close to four in ten are Black, and family-run food counters share the main streets with national chains.
Event days need pre-orders
When there is a game at SoFi or a show at the Intuit Dome, the streets around Century and Prairie lock down for hours. Delivery drivers cannot get through, and the apps keep showing estimated times nobody can meet. What works is pickup: a fan orders from your site in the morning, picks a time before kickoff, and walks over from the K Line or the parking lot to collect it. Every one of those orders comes in without a platform commission.
Put your address and the walking time from the venues on your page, and post event-day hours the moment the schedule is out.
Your story, not a tile
On an app, a family pizzeria and a national chain look identical. On your own site, you can show who you are: the family behind the counter, the dough, the specials your regulars ask for by name, a menu with sizes in inches. In a city that has watched outside money pour in around the stadium, being clearly local is worth something.
Start simple
Your menu, your photos, your hours, your event-day plan and a button to order. Print the link on every box. When the crowds come, be ready; when they leave, keep your neighbors close.
