Build your pizzeria website in Goodyear
Goodyear is adding thousands of residents a year, and every new household is looking for its pizza place. Most of what they find is chains. A locally owned pizzeria with its own website is the one new neighbors can find by name and order from directly, without a delivery app taking a commission on every pie.
A suburb still choosing its favorites
Goodyear had about 95,000 people in 2020 and an estimated 118,000 by 2024, and the city projects far more by the mid-2030s. That growth is happening in master-planned communities: Estrella in the south, Estrella Mountain Ranch, Palm Valley north of I-10, and the PebbleCreek active-adult community. Many of those households arrived recently and have not settled on a pizza place yet.
Pizza here is mostly chain stores and a handful of locally owned spots, such as Arizona Pizza Company on West Roosevelt Street, a local favorite for its pies and garlic parmesan wings. The demand for more is obvious: Spinato’s, a Tempe-based chain, plans a location at the GSQ district for late 2027 because its customers were driving so far to reach it.
Be the one they find first
When a family moves into a new subdivision, they search for pizza near their address. Whatever they order first often becomes the regular. On a delivery app, that search shows a list of chains sorted by fee and promotion. A page of your own, with your menu, your photos, your hours and an order button, gives a new neighbor a reason to try you, and sends that first order straight to your kitchen.
That first direct order also gives you the customer’s contact details, so you can welcome them back, tell them about specials and stay their pizza place as the neighborhood fills in around them.
Spring training brings visitors
Every February and March, the Cleveland Guardians and the Cincinnati Reds train at Goodyear Ballpark. Fans fill hotels and rentals and search for food nearby. A clear page with your location and pickup ordering puts you in front of them, and lets a group order ahead before the game.
The rest of the year, your customers are the families around you. Orders through your own site arrive without commission, so your menu price can match your counter price. Keep the apps for discovery if they help, but give the people who already like your pizza a direct line to your kitchen.
